This is a commercial spot for Virtua Fighter 5 in another language, and it might just be me, but it sounds a lot like at the end, the voice-over says "Fighter Fighter 5, for Playstation 3" lol
Virtua Fighter 5 for PS3 Promotional Video
Here is a promotional video from Japan showing the features in Virtua Fighter 5. Overall, it does not look like there are really any new features, so for the fans of the VF series, it will have everything they have come to know and love. From the video, it looks like their are some new characters added, as well as some more customization. Other than that, see for yourself.

A look at the upcoming PS3 game flOw. This game first started out as a flash based game that you could play online, but has been adapted to a full gaming experience. This peak does not show much, but it gives you an idea that their may be a lot more to this game that it is not letting on.
